The 2007 Vail Lacrosse Shootout is pleased to announce the dates for its 35th annual tournament. Occupying its traditional place over the 4th of July weekend, the Shootout is poised for another year. Last year, nearly 100 teams joined in the festivities at 8,000 feet and the Shootout expects another great turnout in 2007.

After a lengthy tournament in 2006, the 2007 tournament has been condensed considerably, making for lots of lacrosse in a short time. Men’s and Women’s Elite will continue to take place from July 1st – July 4th and the Men’s Supermasters and Boys and Girls U19 tournaments will run from June 27th – June 30th. The most significant change in the schedule comes for the Masters Division, which will overlap both date ranges. The Masters tournament is scheduled for June 30th – July 2nd.
