FSN ROCKY MOUNTAIN TO AIR FOUR DU LACROSSE GAMES
FSN Rocky Mountain will air four University of Denver men’s lacrosse games during the 2007 season beginning with a match-up with the University of Vermont Sat., March 17 at 8:30 p.m. MT (Same-day Delay). In 2007, the Pioneers will have two games telecast live and another two games telecast on a same-day delay basis.
Tim Neverett (play-by-play) and former DU and Colorado Mammoth forward Geoff Bieging (game analyst) will call the action from the state-of-the-art Peter Barton Stadium on the DU campus.
The Inside Lacrosse preseason No. 14-ranked Pioneers are coming off their best season in school history (12-5-0), which included their third Great Western Lacrosse League (GWLL) title and first trip to the NCAA Tournament. In 2006, FSN Rocky Mountain aired three DU lacrosse games.
DU, which is picked to finish atop the GWLL after winning its second consecutive conference title last season, face two GWLL foes (Ohio State and Air Force) along with Vermont and Harvard on FSN Rocky Mountain. The Pioneers will have live telecasts against fellow NCAA tournament participant Harvard, Sat. March 31 and against Ohio State, Sun., April 22 while games against Vermont and Air Force will air on a same-day delay. The complete telecast schedule follows:

DU won all three games telecast last season on FSN Rocky Mountain – vs. North Carolina (11-8), Quinnipiac (17-8) and Bucknell (11-8).
The Pioneers are led by Inside Lacrosse magazine Preseason All-Americans attacker Ryan Zordani, defenseman David Hahn and defenseman Rory Shepard. Two-time GWLL Coach of the Year Jamie Munro is in his ninth season for the Pioneers.
